The Bugatti Mistral adopts the gold of the Chiron Golden Era

After the Chiron Golden Era, the Bugatti Mistral also adopts a golden livery.

Bugatti is already accompanying the Chiron Golden Era as a Mistral in a similar color is previewed at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. It is however slightly different since it does not have the sketches of the historical models on its doors.

When compared (photos below), the Bugatti Mistral seems to have a slightly lighter shade than its cousin with which it shares many of the specifications, but these differences in perception are perhaps related to the lighting.

The Bugatti Chiron Golden Era features a black nose that gives way to gold color from the fenders. The Mistral is almost totally gold, with the exception of black sections notably on the bonnet, the side sills and the rear bumper.

Both vehicles have gold rims, with different lines. The Mistral has an intricate spoke pattern with contrasting black elements. The Chiron features five-spoke wheels with styling details.

The two models also share an interior that mixes gold and black elements, although the photos of the Mistral only give a glimpse of the cabin. The Chiron in its Golden Era version features designs on the door panels.

Bugatti unveiled the Mistral at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering last year. This variation of the Chiron Super Sport 300+ will be manufactured in 100 copies, one kept by the brand and the 99 others offered at five million euros… all of which have already found buyers.

Like the Chiron Super Sport 300+, the Mistral has an 8.0-liter W16 with 1,577 horsepower, which could make it the fastest roadster in the world.
